Biography
Kjirsten Nelson Anderson was born in Lansing, Michigan and was raised in Gunnison, Colorado. She played collegiate volleyball at Snow College in Ephraim, UT. She then transferred to BYU-Hawaii in Lā'ie, HI where she played Division II basketball and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree in History.
Kjirsten attended Cooley Law School while working as an assistant at a local law firm and as a Teacher's Assistant and Graduate Assistant at Cooley. She was involved in the Moot Court as Vice Chairperson. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cooley Law School in May 2021. She worked as a probate attorney in Jackson, MI before moving to Muskegon in 2022.
Kjirsten now lives in the Muskegon area with her husband and their son. As a family they enjoy disc golf, beach days, volleyball, and relaxing at home watching movies.
